Located in Aldermanbury Square, Brewers’ Hall was rebuilt in 1960 after the initial building was bombed in WWII. Being at the heart of the City of London the building has one of the most sought after venues for business and private events.

Ace Stone Workers was contracted for a facade renovation that covered the whole building of approximately 500 square meters. This was a particularly large project that involved 3 steps:

  • the installation of a stainless steel rail system,
  • followed by adding insulation to the building,
  • and the final step was stone cladding that included also the blind windows, windows surrounds, band course and finished with coping and cornice details.

The facade restoration of Brewer’s Hall was a large project that was completed in 12 weeks with a crew of 6-10 people. The results are however spectacular and one’s that will last in the decades to come.

Customer testimonial

Alex installed around 450 m2 of Portland stone with detailed band coursing and parapets and coping stones. Alex and his team are polite, very safety minded and work to the millimetre. Great team to have in the construction industry. Thanks again.
